Warranty Terms by Service
Eavestrough Installation
5-10 years- Covers defects in materials and workmanship
- Includes seams, joints, and hangers
- Does not cover damage from impact, ice, or improper maintenance
- Specific term depends on materials used
Eavestrough Repair
1-3 years- Covers the specific repair work performed
- Term depends on the nature of the repair
- Our repair warranties often match competitors' installation warranties
- Written warranty provided with your invoice
Roof Replacement
10-25 years- Covers workmanship — leaks, improper installation, flashing failure
- Manufacturer's warranty on materials (often 25-50 years) is separate
- We help you register manufacturer warranties
- Specific term depends on scope and materials
Roof Repair
1-5 years- Covers the specific repair work performed
- Term depends on the nature and extent of the repair
- Does not extend to unrelated roof issues
- Written warranty provided with your invoice
Siding Installation
5-10 years- Covers installation workmanship
- Manufacturer's warranty on materials is separate (often lifetime limited)
- Does not cover impact damage or extreme weather events
- Specific term depends on materials used
Soffit & Fascia
5 years- Covers installation workmanship
- Includes proper fitting, fastening, and sealing
- Does not cover damage from impact or pests
- Written warranty provided with your invoice
General Warranty Conditions
- 1Warranty coverage requires that the original invoice be retained
- 2Warranty is transferable to new homeowners with proof of purchase
- 3Annual maintenance (such as eavestrough cleaning) may be required to maintain warranty on certain services
- 4Damage caused by third parties, Acts of God, or improper maintenance is not covered
- 5Warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of noticing an issue
- 6We will inspect the issue and repair or replace at our discretion
