Hybrid Adapter
110V AC backup for the 30-watt solar attic fan. $69.
Solar is the right primary power source almost everywhere, but in northern climates and through long cloudy stretches the panel cannot always keep the fan moving. The hybrid adapter solves that. Solar stays primary, and when sunlight drops the fan draws 110V house power automatically, so attic ventilation never stops when you need it most.
What you get
- Works with the 30-watt roof-mount and gable-mount solar fans
- Solar stays primary, 110V AC is the automatic fallback
- Ships with a pre-wired plug
- Needs a standard outlet within 6 to 8 feet, or a junction-box tie-in
- Keeps the fan running through cloudy stretches and short winter days
- Built for northern and low-sun regions like North Dakota and Montana
Installation note
The adapter ships pre-wired with a standard plug. You will need an outlet within 6 to 8 feet of the fan, or a junction-box tie-in if no outlet is in reach. Any qualified installer can add it during the fan install.
